The video games of today just aren't the same. This takes me back to my early days where gameplay, not graphics was the focus. My 8-year-old and I have had hours of fun with this!

This was intended as a present to my girlfriend because we used to play on a pac man arcade at a bar when we started hanging out. The box is full of color and the images from gameplay displayed on the box are colored too...which would make you think that the thing has colors too....well, it is black and white, all the games that are included are black and white too. Intentionally mis-advertised and a total disappointment. Please don't buy unless you want a black and white, cheap plastic box.

This is a wonderful plug and play by jakks that i purchased from Amazon. It has 10 different games total including Galaga and maybe 3 or 4 different varities of Pac Man.
Amazon has an option to buy items new or used;I chose to purchase a new item.
After playing the game, there were other high scores with initials saved in the plug n play that leaves me to wonder if the purchase i made was in fact Used instead of New.

This product is not as plug ad play as the claim made before I purchased it. I had to go to Radio Shack and buy a RF Modulator to interface the TV with the video game console. I tried plug and play with the TV we use for everyday viewing and it worked fine. But had to RF modulate when I hooked it up to a spare TV that was not compatible. Other than that it is exactly what I expected, and we are enjoying the video games we used to play a couple decades ago.

If you like retro games, this thing is a bargain. Unlike most that you can find, this actually feels somewhat like the classics. The video quality is there (or not there), and the controls are right. Playing these games with a keyboard is just wrong.
Battery life seems to be pretty good.
Totally worthwhile for the office, dorm room, or family room.
